Root aphids? Soil motes?

Is this root aphids or soil mites?

Looks like beneficial mites.

You Canadians with your mould. Here in the real world we call it mold,

Pretty sure they are soil mites. A buddy gave me some cuts that had them in the soil and I used some organic pest spray to get rid of them. From what I read they aren’t harmful to the plants but they do carry parasites and I like no bugs in my house so I killed them little suckers
