Trying to grow fat nugs dance buds

Near Ocala Florida can a grower be able to grow year-round indoor and out so if you say I'm growing indoors in the winter time and I put my plants out in the winter solstice with temperatures reaching 45 Lowe's plants are in the ground will it harm them so they can go and finish flower only back cold for two three days the highs are in the 70s
