The market is flooded in both cali and oregon, you can't legally profit is the least of the problem. You can't realistically expect to either, big growers are already sitting on weight they can't move. At best you can hope to not be arrested if you get legal in a legal state, except diu's are beginning to become a problem for some as if they can smell it on you, they'll assume you are baked.
