I was planning on going with a Hlg240 1400B with 4 COBs. BTW, do the clu048 and Cxm22 share the solderless conector?? I'll try and go with parallel... PD: why is a 320 better than a 240 if is just 4 COBs on it? 320 is 25bucks more expensive, on 5 drivers is 125bucks more... Is it worth it?

The COBs are 20€, that's half a price I will have a look see if I can find the holder, reflector... Do you really advice me skipping the famous cxb3590? My main point big yields with minimum electricity expense. How many cxm22s wd u put for a 8x4?

Always wanted to tried them, heard they were very efficient electricity wise. So you think running 20cobs in a 8x4 tent at a 1.4A I'd be OK? I'm thinking maybe putting 5 COBs more in a future, but 20 to start with.

Not really dirt cheap... 42€ for 3500k 52€ for 3000k (guess it's not worth it) And I'll get the Arctic alpine 11 pro v2, I get for like 10€ in my local dealer, iceled rounding 17€...

I have this one CXB3590-0000-000N0HCD35G. It says max current 3.6A. By the way looking for heatsinks, they are offering me this heatsink for 9 dollars, would it do its job? Looks quite good. Or should I spend 20 on an active one? So should I go with a 1700 2000mA with this heatsink?

As I'm planning to make fixtures of 3 COBs, I can not connect 4 to a driver, in that case I will be forced to dim the light so it doesn't run at 2.2A. Maybe a hlg240 42b would be a better option? BTW, What amperage I should be aiming for? Talking about fixtures, as it's a rectangle, 8x4ft, I...

Sorry, this driver has 6.7A, if I connect 3 in parallel I would have 2.2A on each COB? Or what amperage would be the COBs running at?
