1. run a does fongarid at 1 sachet per 2 ltrs let ur soil dry right out which it will kill larva 2. spray ur pots and lining with a good 3 month surface spray they lane on it or fly any were near it they die. 3.alway have ur top layer of soil dryed out never keep it wet plants like it dryer and also gnates cant live in dry spot .
