You dont have to move them around if you install a ball valve and a boiler drain on the return line. If you do that you can hook up a water hose and drain the system in less than 5 min. I also recommend a strainer and a second ball valve on that run before the pump as well.
Just drill them with a hole saw bit and sand off the burs. The gorilla glue turns to an expanding foam thats waterproof. Its not that hard to be leak proof if you clean up the hole.
If you have basic tools buying some 2x4's, poly film, and a staple gun is the way to go. You can turn one room into 2 or 3 and design it for your needs and the best advantage is the height.

i have nothing against ebb n flow but with the info out there today if you are going to switch systems i highly reccomend rdwc or at least dwc if you can keep the water under 68 degrees. The growth rates are un matched and will suprise you.
