I grow commercial but try to keep quality as good as the small ops, so I do have quite a bit of experience and can always learn more. I got some nice clones too, may be we can trade? I live in cambridge! just noticed your down the road from me! nice, maybe one day you can come check out my room and tell me how to use it more efficiantly.. its a BADASS little room, but right now im only using a 1/4 of it due to lack of experience I left you a responce to your question on room space, it has a link in it too with my room dimensions and left over hysroponic parts i have sitting around..
