Man. I know that it may not mean much but. Good job.
Thanks bud. I'm enjoying sharing this grow. Seems like it's been awhile since anyone posted a shroom grow from begining to end. I will also give a trip report soon. Maybe i will eat a few this weekend.

I'm jealous.. I think I'm probably going to step up and try this myself..

Will a chilly basement be ok? I guess summer is coming.

I'm a long time pot grower, but always been scared to try growing shrooms because I was told, you basically have to live in a clean lab.. Lol..

So for a first time newb what do I need?

Pressure cooker
Popcorn
Mason jars widemouth shortys
Spores

Fruiting camber

What kind of lights do yall use?

What else?

Also need a bunch of pearlite for your fruiting chamber. Regular cfl bulbs will work fine for your light. If your using your basement i would inspect it closely for any signs of mold. It only takes 1 mold spore to contaminate your grow. I have not used popcorn myself. This grow is pf tek. Brown rice flower and vermiculite.

They like it pretty warm if you wanted to go really big a lab type set up would be nice but PF Tek is easy to not get contamination.

Popcorn is supposed to be the best for bulk substrate wild bird seed does nice if you want to be cheap. I never used a light but they did get some from the window they ain't like weed. Just a humid environment which is where the perlite comes in but their is a bunch of ways to do bulk substrate grows I just copied this one guy from some forum can't even find the damn thing now though but I dumped the colonized bird seed in baking pans cased with coco coir and dude used a bunch of other amendments don't know if they helped but they came out just as good as that guy did and the fruiting chamber pretty much the same for PF Tek just a whole hell of a lot more shrooms.

But I haven't done it for a few years just got more spores just waiting for warm weather cause it makes it easier only takes about a month to yield your first flush. Bulk is better that's for sure bigger and more potent but I did get contamination like a bastard before probably because I had a fan on when casing it was just so fucking hot. Lol, But now I got at least one guy who will want a pound so fuck it going to do it again. :bigjoint: Just going to find another good grow and copy the mother fucker again. Lol

I'm no expert but I can copy a detailed grow like a mother fucker I did the same thing as the one guy only I had 5 fruiting chambers going instead of 1. :bigjoint:

Hell yeah 5 fruiting chambers sounds bad ass. I set a couple caps to the side last night to get some prints. My goal is to do bulk for sure. I am not getting anywhere near the yeilds i want out of pf tek.

All these years and I never tried an Asian variety of cubensis, in hear the Asian variety's can be quite potent. A lot of ppl will say a cube is a cube, but I disagree
I 100% agree with you. A cube is not a cube. I dont even know how people can say if they have any experience with variety. After several different grows all who have had these Cambodians say they are the favorite. They hit pretty fast and are quite intense. Even the color patterns in the night sky seem to be different than the golden teachers i also like.
