my first plant seems alright but my second and third are dying. whats wrong? tips?

i put my seedlings under 3 60 watt lightbulbs when the sun goes down...and my seedlings are perfectly healthy during the day but when i put a certain one under the lightbulbs it droops ALL the way down but when i take it out it shoots RIGHT back up? whats making it droop?...i mean its only 180...

ive seen pics on here of people that put 2 or 3 seedlings together and make a weed bush...ive heard you shouldnt do it bc the roots will tangle but people do it anyways and it seems they do it successfully...what are your opinions?
