light problems

i read you can use the curly type lightbulbs(i forgot the name) but the lights i can only find are 13watts. any tips/advice?

you can order higher wattage cfl bulbs online

I got a six pack last nite to supplement my 400 during flowring down lower, and to help my lil veg box with a few more lumens.
