1000 watt light indoor soil fox farm nutes 6 weeks flowering but been like this since 2 weeks in i flushed with water for the 3rd week then back on nutes 4th week 5th week flushed again nothing is changing buds look small for 6 weeks sorry but my camera is gone

my plant are turning like this all over whats the problem please help this is my third grow and this never happened before

these plants are 4 weeks flowering how do they look ????

it started in the middle and now its spreading thru the rest of the leafs

im in the 4th week of flowering and my leafs pretty much are all turning yellow mixed with brown i think my 1000 watt hps was too close i tried to flush with water for a while but still the same PLEASE HELP:leaf:

i would like to veg maybe 5-10 clones then put them into flowering which light setup is the cheapest an what should i use i want to use fluorescent only

hes using a 5x5 are and the plants are in 3 gallon pot so he says the look small to me

my friend has a 1000 over 10 plants i personally think that its ok but he has switched the 1000 watt with a 400 watt because it was too exspensive is that ok or should ill tell him to put it back they been in flowering for 3 weeks when he did that ?
