Throw it all in paper bags with scrunched up bags aswell and leave it in a warm dry place for a few nights... you will get far more from dry cutting than wet :) Good luck Buddy :D

for seedlings most Cfls or Tubes will work perfectly well regardless of them being warm/white etc... aslong as the heat stays low enough you can have as man watts as you want :D Good look Buddy
