hey well a 600w can cover a 3x3 so a 400w cant cover not much more than 2x2 than. so if you have 4x5 area id just go for 1 1000 if your able too. that would be and ideal light for your area to work with, full coverage.. and only one light. and i wouldn't mix the light in the grow room...
