Hello everyone my friend has a plant and it has been flowering for a couple of weeks but a terrible thing is happing to it the bottom leaves and bud are rotting away will all the bud rot away?

:peace: i have a plant that was flowering but started to grow again a month later and all the old bud is rotting away.:evil: is this normal?bongsmiliei live in the south it has been raining alot could that be the culprit?
