Powdery spots have suddenly appeared on a lot of the leafs all over my flowering (5 week) indoor hydro plants. What should I treat this with?

So I want a chiller for a 4 bucket system with no reservoir. I'm not really sure how a chiller works, does it also have a pump in it that circulates water through a hose? Can I run the hose from each bucket (with insulation around the hose when it goes out of the bucket)?
