CBD strain same harvest rules as the THC strains?

Need some advice on my grow for venting. 6x6 area. I will be placing an 8in inline fan for the intake. Should I use an 8in inline fan for the exhaust as well or keep the 8 in exhaust fan in the picture? yes i know the plants have heat stress..

20 days from seed. auto sweet skunk. cfl 200w. Plant with pot was sideways from the beginning. Should I throw it out and replant a new one?

HESI nutes(using half of what is recommended) 20/4 lighting 250Watt CFL DUAL 5.5Liter pots(small I know but don't have space for bigger ones) Some LST to keep them short. about 6 weeks in from seed auto short rider and auto blackjack.

the 3 plants that are not flowering like they should its been aprox 5 weeks from germination. the 1 plant is from a different seed bank. Is it the seeds or am I doing something wrong? 20/0 250 watt cfl dual. temps 85-70 ,45-20% humid.

2nd grow have been having problems from seed. Seeds germinate but when I transfter to growing medium they grow very slow or don't at all. 250w light auto fem seeds. I plant the seeds in jiffy. I germinated 3 more will plant directly to soil instead of jiffy.

after moving my grow to a bathroom stealth area where the ventilation is much better comes a question can I have my lamp like this..? 250 watt 15k lumen dual cfl bulb.. growing 2 2gallon pots auto low rider diesel..

pic attached. wanted to install led ufo 90 watt blackstar instead of the 250bulb. no heat issues with the 250 just the metal top of the pc case is getting really hot and theres a melting smell lingering. couldn't really find any pix or info on ufos installed in a pc case or one of these strips...

the e40 has two inputs but no ground input. how would i go about setting this up? also wanted to confim yellow/green is the ground cable.
