hmmmm curling and yellowing

200w cfl, curling and yellowing
temp around 69 stable,
stopped nutes just water
ph is stable

im thinking it could be a root problem?

Doesn't look like a root problem to me or entire plant would be distressed. Your nutrients weren't optimized for what the plant needs in flowering, no big deal, just grow her out.
