Small White Bugs - Maybe from soil?

I don't think it's from overwatering - They are seeds in small cups, and I would only be watering once a week, but it only took 1 day for the bugs to appear (only 1 has sprouted, but all cups are affected by bugs).

Small White Bugs - Maybe from soil?

Well it seems that I'm now cursed with small white bugs that are getting into the cups with my seedlings. They're too small to take a picture of, but I'm assuming they are small white mites. The thing is, they seem to be coming from my soil (Black Gold). The first time my seedlings got...

Drying and Curing Marijuana: HOW TO

This is a good candidate for a sticky . . seeing as there aren't any in the section yet, and this is a reoccurring question.

    Supercropping Question

Yes, you can supercrop the hell out of your plant. It will rebound very quickly, especially if you're a tiny bit gentle! But try and do the most drastic measures at least 1 week before flowering so the plant isn't stressed before this important time!

Clones from Flowering, strait into to Flowering.

It's absolutely possible! I took 12 clones off a few plants that were 6.5 weeks into flowing. They all had a pretty good amount of nugget on them, which I pinched off when I put them in rock wool. It took around 3 weeks for them to revert to veg, and I took the 4 that looked the best for my...

    Curing: Help my smell!

3 Days Later . . . . I DO notice a difference!! The smoke is way less harsh, smell more potent, and no longer tastes like grass! I'll have to take another sample in a few more days :) Thanks!

    Curing: Help my smell!

Sounds good. I'm going to start letting them out at least an hour or two each day! *crosses fingers*

    Curing: Help my smell!

I had been burping them once a day for 20 or so minutes for about two weeks now - do you think I'm just not letting them breathe enough?

    Curing: Help my smell!

So, I've been curing some nuggets for over 2 weeks now, and I'm still not getting any of the sweet sweet skunky smell they had when growing, and the taste is a big 'meh'! I thought I had done everything right - I flushed them for 3 weeks before harvest, only harvested when there was a mix of...

Is the chlorine from tap water REALLY that bad?

I just had to say my tap water is probably around 9 ph . . when testing it almost glows teal without ph down. So your results will vary for tap water - just check ph. And personally I let my water sit out in between waterings (I fill up my watering can *after* watering). Just a simply...

    Dry Leaves Before Making Butter?

I've got some leaves that I'm contemplating making butter with - the question is, should I dry them all the way before using, or are semi-wet leaves just as good?

    Trichomes

I'm pretty sure that yes, they will continue to develop. Flushing doesn't stop your plant from growing/maturing - it forces the plant to use the resources it has stored up in leaves instead of taking new ones from the soil, giving better taste/smoke etc.

    Harvest Soon?

lol . . Well it looks like you really can't go wrong :) I cut the 1 plant down that was the furthest along (pictures 2, 4 & 5 in my previous post), and I'm going to check on some others right now. Maybe some more beauties are going meet their end . . . ! BTW: ~8oz wet for the one plant, I'm...

to TOP or to FIM that is the question....

So what do you really have to do to FIM instead of top - leave like 1/16th of an inch of top left when cutting? I'm pretty sure I FIM'd my previous grow because I had no clue what I was doing!

    Harvest Soon?

I'd say 20-25% of the trichomes are amber, and all the others are cloudy.

    Harvest Soon?

Argh - it's almost 9 and a half weeks into flower and I can't take it anymore! How much longer do you guys think I'll have to wait?

    Sugar in Soil

So how late into flowing would you say to keep using the molasses? Should you stop using it while flushing?
  19. D

How late into flower do you use molasses?

Thanks - it's already been a week since I last used it, and it looks like I won't be using again! That should make for about 3 weeks of flush prior to harvest - YUM!
