OK... I GOT A 4 WEEK OLD PLANT.. I WANNA KEEP VEGGING IT UNDER CFLs... SHOULD I PUT IT UNDER TWO 46WATT CFLs... OR HIGHER LIKE 75-100 WATTS?? ND HOW MANY WATTS FOR FLOWERING(CFLs)?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
