Cfl/flowering Questions

Aight Look...

I Got Three 25watt Cfls And Four 14watt Cfls.... I Was Wondering If That Was Enough To Flower My Plant?... Also, Recently My Light Fell On My Plant And Burned Some Leaves And Just "stained" Others.... Should I Cut The Leaves That Are Really Burned Off?? And If So How Do I Cut Them Off? 1 More Thing: Can I Flower While Some Leaves Are Still Burned? Or Should I Wait Till My Plant "recovers" To Flower?

Any light is enough to flower a pant. The real question is how much and how the quality is gonna be effected. Don;t worry about burned leaves, if you plants doesn;t want them anymore, it will drop them naturally. Pictures are a great help too.
