Insomnia does suck bad... I quit smoking weed about 6 months ago, and I have insomnia really bad. Its 4:20 in the morning and I still havent been to sleep... Ill probably just stay up all day and try to get some decent sleep tommorow night. Once I find a decent job I may start smoking again...

I thought this was common knowledge... guess not. A great way to clean your bong is pour some salt in it, pour some rubbing alcohol in it, and shake it. The salt will not disolve in the alcohol, and will scrub out your bong! Works great man!
