Hey guys... just got my 600W (240V) lumatek and it says that you must not connect a neutral wire to the ballast. it says connect two "hot" wires and an earth... does this mean i connect both the 'black' and 'red' wires to the live connection!? if anyone has experienced this issue and can help...

is it possible for this to work??? germinate 6 seeds...+-3days pot seedlings and put under floro's(3x40W)for 3 weeks repot and put 6 plants under a 400W MH for 3 wk Put under HPS (4x250W)2Start flowering for 3wks... repot again into final pots under hps(1x1000W+2x250W) and flower till end...

Which would be better??? 2x 250W + 2x 400W or 6x 250W I got a 10' x 6' grow area and im taking into account that i can get the 250W HPS's at a very cheap price!!!The 400W lights are almost 3 times the price!!!
