I have a similar space and if your going to put a hps in there for flowering you will need ventilation/Cool tube setup for sure

You can use those economical bulbs but they are not so much use unless for a very small grow, I'm in Europe as well, where about are you as I'm pretty sure you must be able to order the same stuff as those in other countries either on-line or in a grow shop.
