What are the best ways to store seeds that you havn't germ'd yet?

When growing in a closet that doesn't have ventilation, i have done some reaserch and was wondering if an Air Conditioner -Portable Air Conditioner Systems - would do the trick? I've never herd of anyone using one and dont know if its even a possibility but if anyone has any personal experience...

Ok, i've read pretty much the same thing from everyone about lighting...if you want serious results then get serious lights...hps or mh lights...but, if heat and venalation is problem since it would be in a closet with the door closed for stealth, my question is, could you up the amount of cfl's...
