why would the leaves be turning yellow?

I have very bad lungs and cough bad when i smoke.but i love to smoke my meds.

Well i get high times and i was reading it and josh asked what is the best to use in your opinion and they said to use hid 1000 watt lights,ok that i feel is right.then they say mh for vegetative and hps for flowering now i feel they have it backwards. so please let me know if i am wrong. thanks
