Today I noticed that yellow spots are appearing on the upper leaves of my plant. I have not been adding nutes yet, this strain is Northern Lights. Do u think these spots are due to lack of nutes?

After about 2 years of use I have noticed that 400W HPs is not as bright as it used to be. i remember it being a very strong orange colour, but now is a lighter, paler whitish light. Could the black marks on the bulb have anything to do with this?
