I just pulled the trigger on the Mosca S1 Feminized C99 seeds. I'm putting them under 800W of Vero29 Cob LEDs.

That first pic looks a heck of a lot like a bud thats completely full of rot from the inside out...maybe its just the color?

What about Mosca Seeds? Great Lakes Genetics has S1 Fem C99 seeds from them....not sure if any quality.

If there ahould be zero chance of nutes not being available and i PH my water to 6.8, would that point to a cause unrelated to nutrients making the leaves start to yellow? Might it support the idea this is light bleaching of some kind?

I have a 200W 4-bay T5HO rig I veg under but I have a 400W 3500K Cob LED rig I think would be far superior. I think I'm going to veg them all together for 2 weeks and then probably start the larger ones flowering while I put the others into veg for another 2 weeks.

Not an expert at all on these....when you put the Vero29SE "D" version in your care at rapidLED they give an option to add a Ledil Stella Lens. Doesnt appear to offer that same reflector with the "C" version so maybe its version specific?
