I got a little problem whit my grow,my plants all start to lose their leaves in veg they just turn brown and crispy. Im growing indoor in soil and i water them 4 days a week. Could this be to low humidity cose its kinda low never goes over 25%.

i was thinking to try to grow outside next summer and was wondering if you guys could give me some tips. the thing is i live really north and the summers here are around 10°c-23°c average of 14°c and there is never dark in the summer its light 24/7 for 2 months then in like 6weeks it gets dark...

well im not from the uk im from iceland and its hard to find some place that ship here, this is the only place i could find and i just wanted to check if they could be trusted.

ballast and ignitor are from the same manufacturer but the capacitor is from some other manufacturer. but is it normal that the ballast only have 2 wires in it?

well i just dont know how to connect the ballast since there are just 2 wires in it and they are bouth white and i dont find any info on the net that say how i should connect it
