Ok I just transplanted my ladies at 20 days into larger pots. Next day I changed lighting to 12/12 This is a CFL grow. Tonight I noticed little rust colored splotches on a few leaves of one plant. All other plants doing fine. Just this one. Any help appreciated. Pics attached.

Thanks for the info on the pots. I think I'll be heading to Home Depot tonight to buy the lumber for the new grow room. I figure I'll build it 3 ft deep. X 4 ft long x 5 ft high. I'll use my old box for a mother plant. I'll send pics as I build the bigger space.
