The reason for upgrade is Gen7 is 13% better. The upgrade should be cheap and easy from what I hear that is why I want the upgrade. Also I currently have 4000k I want 3000k for flowering only.

SF...What is the size of your grow space? The room is 8' x 10' but I am using a corner and max grow space would be 4'x4'. I know the SS400 is only recomended for up to 3'x3' in flowering, hopefully that is large enough for 4 plants.

By the way if it matters these would be used for flowering only.
