i wana grow shrooms using a monotube can anyone help me out?

i saw a great pic of a monotube that yielded 800grams!! can sumone who uses a monotube help me out cuz i definetly wana grow with this tactic. and a quick question on injecting the spores... is more better? or is there a fine medium i should follow due to container size? thanks

im bout to start to grow sum b+ and wanted to ask u guys for sum advice about wich type of substrate to use. i have vermiculite, but idk if i wana use that or something with more nutrients in it like rice. im trying to do this faster that average so any pointers would b nice thanks.
