ok thanks for help! btw i dont really know how to make a cup steam for a full hour cause evaporation stops after 5 minutes of hot water, but what if i fill the run off tray with perlite and add a little bit of water would that help?

bbtw i dont mist my plants i need to do that and there is defintly the red on the stem i beleive its why there curling the only leaves that curl are the ones with red stem i also dont know the humididty but i live in colorado so dry dry but what i think im going to do is get a fan to blown on...
