Distilled water doesn't have any micros in it. The red in the stem shows some type of deficiency. Other than RO water normal water usually has these micro nutrients. If the fertilizer that you are using doesn't supply these micros you will have to supplement if you continue to use distilled water. There are certain brands of bottled spring water that will supply the nessesary micros.

okay here is what i see.
1. leaf starting to show heat stress
Several things can cause this. What is your humidity at? do you have a fan blowing across the top? what is air temp. are you misting your plants? post pic with the lights on and how they are setup with plants under them.
ill sub thi sso i can see when you reply.

not having a fan and dry air with that light that close will cause heat stress and that is what im seeing. you are stopping the photosynthesis. for now do this get a cup of steaming water put it next to the plant for 1 hr it will be cool by then then repeat and leave the cup their all night then in the morning see if they look better. and in a week the red will go away slowly in the branches/stem. if it looks better then you know to get a humidity gauge and and keep doing the water trick till you get the right humidity. and a fan is always needed to blow them around a bit makes them stronger. im subbed so ill see when you reply back.
Peace and love.

ok thanks for help! btw i dont really know how to make a cup steam for a full hour cause evaporation stops after 5 minutes of hot water, but what if i fill the run off tray with perlite and add a little bit of water would that help?

i wouldnt the soil can still suck up the water form the bottom. just a cup steaming water next to it.

if you find your humidity low all the time then buy a humidifier or i bet a friend has one they are not using even a 2nd hand shop. when my room is closed at night since i pull air form the basement humidity gets about 30-40 then when i open the room for the day so its get more co2 from the house it drops to 30% so im on the low side but my leaves on my plants are looking excellent so im not worried about changing it.

37 is low for veg and once you fire that big light up it will drop. in veg 50% is good when in flower 30% is good keep an eye on it. the big light will dry it out fast. dont put the big light too close, how to test is put your hand at the top of canopy of plants hold it for 5 min can you?if its uncomfortable then raise the lights a couple inches. my veg was at 30% i raised it to 50% the plants love it so much better.

my humidity is usually at 30-33% and temp ranges from 63-70F throughout the day in my house ive noticed by feeding the plant nutrients and raising the light that the leaf curl on new growth is not there but the leaf curl on the old growth remains the same... im growing 2 other seedlings that are curling there leaf a bit so im guessing its a humidity problem like you said, since i should be running 45-50% maybe that has something to do with it... but if it was the nutrients im using fox farm grow big, but i still have not fed the seedlings yet and they still curl a bit.... im going to purchase a Fan and humidifier and see what happens

okay seedlings and clones can handle 80% humidity easy. so 50-80% for new clones and seedlings. when you start to veg 40-60% RH. you have to find a balance see temp/RH/lights all play a role. oh FYI when you flower and your strech is slowing and buds are starting to form lower the humidity as close to 30 as you can. some like it around 20% but for me that is pushing it. like he had said he is 62degrees F with 37% RH that isnt bad since its cooler. when lights are on my rh is 40-50% when its dark it raises 10% more wich is perfect i do this by opening up my room. ill open it during the day. lower humidity can be okay if you have good air flow/exchange and your lights are not to warm for your plants. and leaf curling isnt from lights its from transplant shock usually. like you pot is huge.
