I don't flush it before use. I'm using FF Ocean Forrest. I checked the pH about a week before this happened and the runoff was 6.7, water that went in was 7.0 distilled water.

The definite answer is Nitrogen overdose. Back off the nutes or get one with a lower N ratio. Dark green foilage that curls under like that, usually accompanied by rapid growth that's weak (stems are frail) all indicate Nitrogen OD.
