    Is this a potassium deficiency??

I think the leaves inward cupping from the deficiency make the fingers appear a bit skinnier than they should, but yep I hear ya. They're not like a typical Indica. I'm also growing a Malawi with seeds sourced from the same seedbank and the leaves look nothing like a pure Sativa. All the Seeds...

    Is this a potassium deficiency??

Hi growers, I'm undertaking an outdoor grow in South Eastern Australia. The Strain is Barneys Farm CBD Blue Shark (Indica dom) and she's in the 3rd week of flowering. Growing medium: Organic soil (mix of worm casings, mushroom compost, organic soil, sand, perlite) Feeding: Water with compost...

    Outdoor stretch

Hey growers, I've been strictly an outdoor grower but this Southern Hemisphere season has been a complete stuff up. With no time to get any yield this season I went indoors with CFLs at the start of February with a view to finishing them off outdoors. It's been a success and i germinated another...

    Why's my seedling dying?

Sometimes we can read too much info. I'm in Melbourne with some of the best tap water in the world. Never had PH issues with previous grows. Should've stuck with what works. Grrr

    Why's my seedling dying?

So distilled water would be why I lost my two Durban Poison seedlings a couple months back. They were just a few weeks old n there was no CFL involvement there. Only ever used 24 hour standing tap water in previous years grows. Fuck it!!!

    Why's my seedling dying?

Alright so I'll stop the distilled water. Is it still good to soak seeds in the stuff. What about feeding? I usually leave the seedling til the cotyledon begins to shrivel

    Why's my seedling dying?

All good. Drain holes are there so I'm not drowning the roots. Always careful re overwatering seedlings I dunno...she was going nicely til I introduced the CFL at night about a week back. I've actually watered her less since been under the artificial. The browning definitely appeared before the...

    Why's my seedling dying?

Hey all, Grown successfully a few times over the years but only in the great outdoors. This season has been a fuck up as I've lost a couple seedlings and a maturing female (where I cooked the roots in a pot kept on concrete). Anyway so in southern Australia our outside grow season is now...

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

So mystery solved (I think). A noobish error..I cooked the roots! I left the potted plants on a dark concrete patio during a period of hot weather. It killed the male but by dumb luck I brought the female inside on the xtreme days. My tomato plants survived as they were in polystyrene boxes...

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

To tell you the truth I dont know much about EC/PPM readings. Isn't that of more importance for soiless and indoor grows? I don't usually bother with PH either as Melbourne has some of the best drinking water in the world with a consistent PH. I leave water 24-48hrs to allow any chlorine to...

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

Offended? What!! Just trying to get a handle on what's happened to this healthy plant given nothing has changed much in regards to feeding and watering. How quickly the male died makes me suspicious.

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

Soils all good, mate. Growing tomato plants in same mix with similar feeding schedule. They're all nice n healthy. Used soil PH test kit for reading. Soil in Tomato plants show similar readings. Maybe...I kept the water up to her last week when temps ranged from 33-43C (92-110F). Plant was...

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

Errrr...It's my plant, champ. Not lurr's. I've been feeding her on a weekly basis as per package directions for the past two months. Nothing's changed. Have a look at the first pic...she was growing gangbusters.

Nutrient problems or something more sinister?

Outdoor grow in a pot. Plant about 3 months old. Medium of equal parts seed raising mix, perlite, homemade composted soil...a little vermiculite. Watering 2-3 days a week depending on weather. Feeding schedule - Miracle-Gro Maxfeed (24-6-12) weekly. Just plain water or Seasol (Seaweed extract)...

    Weird Durban Poison seedlings.

Howdy, newbie THC here from SE Australia. Occasional outdoor grower for personal use. I did a number of outdoor grows in my 20's...made some mistakes but grew some decent smoke without the knowledge that is available since the interwebz. Now in my 40's I picked up a heap of seeds from a hermied...
