Why's my seedling dying?

Hey all,

Grown successfully a few times over the years but only in the great outdoors. This season has been a fuck up as I've lost a couple seedlings and a maturing female (where I cooked the roots in a pot kept on concrete).

Anyway so in southern Australia our outside grow season is now getting on, so to help the vegetative stage of a new seedling I planted on New Years Day I've been moving her under a CFL at dusk each evening (8.30pm). On a timer she gets light until 4am with sunrise at approx 6.30am (i.e. 21/3). CFL is kept no closer than 3" from the top of the seedling. The first few days (before CFL exposure) were fine but now she's struggling as per pics. Outside temps have been mild.

Strain: Afghani
Medium: Seedling mix/perlite/vermiculite 60/30/10
Feeding: none
CFL: 32W, 1850LM, 6700K
Watering: with distilled water when top inch of soil is dry.

Pics to follow.

Please help!

I have another CFL to add. BUT it ain't dying coz of that is it??
The stem has also weakened over the past few days and struggles to be upright

Thanks mate. What's causing the necrosis (browning/dying) on the leaves thou?. Light too close?
No minerals, specifically Calcium. There are no nutriants in your mixture at all and you must feed them by either using a standard potting soil, NOT a germinating mix. Get some CalMag with added Nitrogen, some good ferts (seaweed extracts?) and lose the CFL's, they are not needed and are fucking with your OUTDOOR plants cycle. Feed them, and then let nature take it's course. (protect from heavy rain or extreme heat/sunlight until properly rooted and strong (larger pot needed). Oh, and DEFINITELY PH your tap water (not rain water), as fucked up PH will cause your leaf issue also. (6.3-6.5 in soil)
Good luck

atleast 80w

cant see what ur potted in but do u have drain holes... overwatering can definitley cause necrosis and not enuff light and to much water is why ur stems drooping
All good. Drain holes are there so I'm not drowning the roots. Always careful re overwatering seedlings
I dunno...she was going nicely til I introduced the CFL at night about a week back. I've actually watered her less since been under the artificial. The browning definitely appeared before the drooping btw.
At first I didn't have the fan in there so perhaps that caused issues?

I'll change to 24/0 as you recommended. Cheers

Distilled water has a PH of 7.0. No good at all for Ganja. Use tap water and PH it to 6.3. Very important. Use a piece of wire to keep the plant up, until it recovers.
