It seems the plants will just die and dry up if I keep the water level low like how a lot of people are saying.. almost all the plants I’ve ever grown are like 90% submerged in water.. Do I have to like lower the water and just let them get adjusted and acclimated to it and then keep them on...

Hey All.... so i Have the Best Value Vacs Heated Oven.. So im just wondering do i have to leave the Pump on Purging the entire time or just to get it up to 29" pressure and just seal it off and leave it be.. i mean people say hours and days but is that hours of it being purged with the pump on...
