I have 12 plants growing in soil under a 400 watt hps 1of them is getting yellow spots on the leafs all have seeds soil and same nutes phone water at 6.5 please help makes no sense that all aren't getting yellow spots

Really have been checking with a 40x microscope and haven't seen anything I did c a few ants crawling around in the grow room but didn't think that would be a big deal I'll look over all of them again today
