i have a plant 16 days old and i have 3 cfls in there with it and a flouro (15watt)

cfls are 2 13 watts and 1 26 watt and flouro 15 watt (67 watts total) and in incandecent thats like, 300 watts if a 32 = 150watt

so is this enough to flower im trying to get 200watt CFLs but theyr like 20 bucks each soim still saving

somone just give me a straight answer if i flowerd a 1 foot plant if id have a decent amount of smoke ( like 10 grams)

Ignore the incandescent equivalency numbers. They mean nothing for our purposes.

100w per plant is the generally accepted guideline for flowering to ensure tight buds and whatnot.

You need to use the right CFL's. you need to use 6500K for vegging and 2700K for flowering. If you put a 12" plant into flower, assuming you use the right lights, you might get a 20" plant after 60 days of flowering and you might get about 14-20g . That is assuming you do everything right.
Get rid of the incandescent bulb cause it doesn't do anything except give off heat. 200w CFL's are alot more than 20 bucks dude... more like 60-100 bucks
:peace:
