Don't go spraying anything if you're only a week away. What I would do is an early trim and take most leaves off to keep the population down. And contain them from going to other plants

If I ever have a problem I chop up a half of medium size onion boil in a pot of water for an hour make sure it's ph'd and spray it on the plant you'll smell onions but it's organic and the spidermites won't want to lay their eggs there. Always worked for me

Ok so do mites invade plants like this ??? They are right outside the door to my grow space. Should I eliminate them in the spring?D209F1CD-9B28-419C-BFF9-A9884234859A.jpeg4C728D8C-48E2-445A-B760-615CA9279207.jpeg4B664DA5-D1F3-443D-AF78-8555F88599B2.jpeg

You either need to out them out of their misery or start pH ing the water and not using the hose. If u make them healthy they should fight of mites just like Mary juana
Your missing my point. Are my mites coming from here maybe is my question. I don’t water these. The rain does and I don’t ph my water for my MJ either. I grow in soil. Ph buffer does the rest.

Spider mites are everywhere. Their eggs stick to everything. You either have a strain that can't fight them off or you have a sick plant or you have trimmed leaves etc dirty grow room or bring them in on you. No offense but anyone can agree if your adding any nutes a good grower ph s the water. I get your point. You don't keep them healthy they can't naturally fight off mites so I'd chop them. I've grown the same strain didn't pH the water got 3/4lb on 3 plants my first grow. pH the next and got 1lb 6oz. Also I use nutes that automatically bring pH to 6 for some reason 2 days ago I mixed up same as always pH came out 6.9 mixed next day all was at 6.

I doubt the mites are coming from that partially dead Hosta you've shown us :) Now if you're problem we're slugs..Another story..slugs might be creeping to your home ,assuming slugs could sprout legs, as they luv-v-v Hostas..chuckle

My plants were super healthy. It was my fault it went as far as it did. I mistakenly took the specked leaves as THC building up. I even started a thread “Why are 2 plants frosting outta 5” I got lazy not checking with grow lights out under normal light. I caught it in time and knocked them 95% out Thank God my harvest was 5 days later. I still have 2 in darkness pictured below. I harvested a healthy crop. As far As the ph. My water source is always in range with the ph and for my first grow it was spectacular. Learned allot.
