$1000-1200 Budget for a complete system? Help

Ok so I want to start growing about 4-8 plants I was wondering what to invest most my money I know I will have about $250 in the equipment for hydro hut since that will be my grow room "picture" http://www.canadianwholesalehydroponics.com/product_images/p2080.jpg.

My budget will have to go towards this store www.wormsway.com and any local store equipment I could get locally. If someone could help me out that would be great!!!

Well that is including the intake and out take exhaust that I would have to buy additionally again im still new to this but what im really saying is if you have a budget of $1000-1200 what would invest it in.

So I just bought most things for my grow tent I will post pictures soon my setup cost $1100 that's including everything I basically needed. I will try to set it up tonight.
