I would try two things with the cool tube.
1. try what repvip so you are sucking out hot air. The cooltube won't stay as cool as it is now, but I don't know if that matters becuase it is far away from the plants... however it would matter later as they get closer.
2. move the fan so it is pushing air through the cool tube instead of sucking air. It will make the fan work less and thus more airflow, and make your fan last longer. It is like when you blow through a straw vs sucking through it... you can blow more air than suck, haha that sounds funny. You don't suck mafio.
You could actually do both, but do one at a time first to see what helps.
Another suggestion is to try to turn the light at an angle more... the reason is that the intake ducting is making such a hard right angle when it meets the cooltube. I can tell it is crunched up against the wall, and that will affect airflow as well.
Lastly, you might need a bigger fan. For a 1000w in a closet like that you probably need
at least a 6" fan at something like 400cfm, but that's a guess.
Are you exhausting the room itself separately? I saw the ducting sticking out of the wall.... is there a fan in there?
The plants look beautiful by the way... you green thumb is obvious. If you can get the temps in control that will be one awesome closet.
For some reason this picture is tiny and I can't see it... could you upload a larger copy, if you know how.
Sorry for doubling the word count on your journal, I like to type.
