Hey guys, LONG time lurker but took a little break. Look like im going back at it.
My prev. setup was a stadium setup with a high number of low yielding plants centered around a vertical naked 1000w bulb. Results were good for as hot as the room was.. im using the same closet but changing to a new hood/reflector with 6" fan and ducting to exhaust the light and passive intake (for now) to try and control temps a little better.. I would actually like to keep the door closed lol... now that im switching the vertiical setup for a horiz im changing a few other things.. like having a real exhaust system. i went with a 400cfm inline with the 6in easy cool hood from htg. I havent decided what strain to run yet. The closet is located in such a shitty part of the house tho.. there is no access to attic or other rooms to exhaust heat.. if i put the hole at the top of the door for exhaust and bottom for intake, will this exchange the temps correctly or willl the exhaust create to high of temps in the ambient air outside the closet? i will post some pics once i get the closet cleared out.
