11*7*6 inch grow box. check it out

this is my 11*7*6 inch grow box. made out of a hollowed out speaker, lined the sides with paper. I have two 23 watt 2700k cfls in there with a small PS2 fan with some holes in the sides. wish me luck!. oh and can one sativa go through 2 weeks of veg and then flowering with just 2 2700k cfls. I dont really have a choice, just seeing if they can go thro veg.

Sativa is a tall plant..they take exactly forever to mature.

aiight pics are up. haha kinda shatty. but im pretty sure it'll work, my last plants died of heat stress, heat is no problem in this box tho, ive ran two lights on for 48 hours with the fan and it stayed at a steady 87F

I have battled the heat in my cabinet. It's good you got the temp down to 87. If you can keep it there you should be golden.

My cabinet sits at 8 degrees above ambient, I use (3) 42 watt bulbs in my setup. Im a hydro grower.

Sorry to be a downer but you need to tape up that clear container so the roots aren't exposed to the light.

Good luck. I grew a Sativa in a closet once. It almost outgrew the closet. I had to harvest it early. Still potent at Hell. Next time I grow a Sativa indoors it will try the LST method.

i havent really done much research on hydrogrowing, do plants grow faster in hydro or organic growing?

Hydro is way faster in growth. That's the main attraction

I tape up containers with aluminum tape and that takes care of the problem for 7 dollars at walmart.

your going to have to do some serious lst to that plant and top it a lot to keep it super short before flowering.
