I am a experinced grower that has been retired, but starting up again. This is what I'm working on.

40x12 Room

Strain - Nirvana Rasberry Cough

12 - 1,000 Watt Electronical Ballast
3 - Titan Helios 4 Light Controllers
2 - 24,000 BTU Mini Split A/C
1 - 20 Lb Co2 Tank
1 - Titan Co2 Regulator/Titan Co2 Montior
2 - Pedestal Fans
24 - 7 Gallon Smart Pots
Canna Coco Coir Media
House & Gardens Full Line

Layout:
Going to hand water them as necessaryI am going to put (2) 1,000 Watt light together and have 2 plants under the two lights.

Going to veg them for about 4/5 weeks while super cropping & fiming them during this time.

I am looking to get 1 lb per plant I think can get it but we would have to wait and see

I am currently in process of getting everything together

I will upload pics as some as I can

you'll need to veg longer than 5 weeks to obtain your expectations.(construction of interior rooms/controls/equipment/electrician/permits/generator/misc=6k) steel building was 10 k
I envy your lights, but way over kill imo(24 plants). My space is identically sized , but I only grow in the middle of it lol. 4 1k flower, 485w t5 veg/ flower room= 30x 12 veg room = 10x12--separated by an "S" curtain walk through. consider a larger c02 tank or multiples, or better yet a generator, especially if you have natural gas. I use propane with no issues.
if you want more out of your plants surround them with lights,
if you want more from your lights surround them with plants I get it. !!

i couldnt handle the heat from 12k currently, but I'm wired and ready if need be, one mini split coming up !!

rock on! post that first electric bill for these guys would ya?
theres better quality retiree meds than rasp cough, I'd look into
chemdogs, like humboldt chem, dinachem, topdawg, rare dankness, etc.
big investment, should return the best smoke

Welcome back to the grow game. Your setup sounds awesome. You'll get some great results
Thanks man I had to stop because of the laws where am at and having to rent to be able to grow, that was just to much heat/stress for me "Never knowing when landlord is going to walk in" So I decided to stop but cant afford to keep buying medicine on the streets.

So now I just opened my own business and have my own commercial spot so going to start back up :-}

I will see when I'm about 5 weeks to see how much longer to go but they grow super fast under the 2,000 watts

I really dont like the generators bc of heat, I use the 20lb co2 tanks because I can get them here for $80 filled. I usually buy two at a time and switch them out once the other empties out.

I think the bill during veg 24hr is going to be around $1,500.00 and then around $700.00 during 12hrs

I have looked at the other strains but most of the other potent strains dont really yield well

all my potent strains yield very well. longer I veg, more roots form, bigger plant goes to flower, bigger taller plant during flower, more budding sites, =,more yield. been working like that forever for me.

have a blast in your new space and stay safe

Damn Daniel!!! $80 for a filled 20lb co2 tank? We pay $20 for a refill around here. $50 for a 50lb tank.

If you are only vegging for 5 weeks, I'm sure you are wasting space/light with only one plant per light. I would also be vigilant with regards to the amount of fans in your space. 2 fans isn't enough in my opinion. I run at least 1-2 fans per tray/light. If you are only running two, I would constantly be watching for bugs/pm/etc. Pedestal fans in my opinion aren't the best. They take up to much real estate on the floor and extra wires on the ground. Look into wall mounts if you haven't already. Since I don't see anything about trays, I'm assuming you are using saucers underneath your smart pots. Make sure you shop vac any extra water left in the saucers after watering, or else your smart pots will absorb water all night causing problems. If you are hand watering, consider getting a 55 gallon reservoir (or similar) and putting a pump connected to a hand wand to make watering more efficient/proficient for yourself. I did a very similar setup for a bit, so if you have any questions DM me. :bigjoint:

Sounds like a nice room. My only concern is your cooling. That's only 2 tons of air, you're going to need more air in my opinion.

I think he said he's got two 24k BTU split units so 4 tons.
Ahhh I must have read that wrong. Yeah 4 tons might cover 12 1k's. Might be close depending on his climate. We were cutting it close with a 5 ton running about that much heat but we get pretty hot temps where I live.
