12-1 grow cycle?

So this is a new way of lighting that i'm considering... not MY original idea.
It sounds promising, but also like a ton of work with timers and such.
Thoughts, ideas, opinions, alternate successful methods... ALL WELCOME!

Easy, get an analog timer at Lowes. You can turn lights on /off for 30 mins. at a time if you want for 24 hr. cucle... ABout 6-8 bucks... Easy peasy
