So exactly how dark it pose to be.?? Like enough where I can't see my hand in front of my face.??

It should be pitch black. You shouldn't see anything at all. It confuses your plants, & sometimes they'll herm if there's too much light stress. You can use a green bulb if you absolutely need to see your plants. I never disturb mine while they're sleeping!

i wouldnt kill yourself tryin to get it absolute dark...but i have heard that 1 candle lumen is enough light to effect the plants...although i have to say my last grow was interrupted more times then i can count by alot of light for sometimes an hour or so, or 10 min...and they flowered just fine...no they werent autos.
 
It should be very dark, any light sufficient for photosynthesis will disrupt the plants production of FT protein (the main protein responsible for Florigen signals). This will usually cause about a day's worth of bud growth to be lost in addition to stress.

how much exactly is a days worth of bud growth? lol...sorry everything else sounded so damn genius...except that.
