12/12 from seed 5 weeks into flowering schwag bagseed

so this is my first time posting... i am a NOOB... but, i figured some one may care about this... it is my first grow ever... i have been lurking for awhile now and figured i would do something with the knowlegde i have gained through everyone on this awesome site... so further more... here i go...

my grow box is a micro pc case, meaning it is 18" tall x 15" wide x 3.5" deep... i used two 14 watt cfl for the first couple weeks, and just recently upgraded to a 42 watter... i dont have a lot of room in this box and dont plan on getting alot of bud from it either.. more so, this was a " i want to smoke my own homegrown for once in my life" kinda grow... i dont expect to get more than 4 grams outta this.. i dont plan on selling at all... just wanna smoke my own herb... so that being said...i have tried a variety of mostly natural nutes... from blood meal to bone meal, and a lil epsom salt... these... as you can see from the first pik... i had to lst it to grow in the shape the case allows... i will do alot of things diffrent next grow... trust me... but for now, i have this one going so lets go with it... the second pik is when i first saw sex... the third pik is the most current, and the fourth shows my grow space... i will upload alot more of my flowering piks... i just wanted to give you a quick life story through photos first... i am also using 16 ounce dixie cups in a mixture of about 75% perilite and 25% soil (my own soil mix)...

like i promised.. more piks... the first is a better pik of the setup with a single 26 watt cfl and a home made cake can reflector... i also failed to mention in the first post i am usin two 3.5" pc fans for intake and exhaust... also.. i know that foil tape is a big no no... but i am stubborn and felt like i could take that chance until i get ahold of some mylar...

like i said.. i purposely stunted it.. i WANTED it small... sorta to see how small i could go... i have invested a total of $25 in this and will make that back in bud... hopefully...lol

also.. not sure of this strain at all.. could be mexican sativa, could be some skunk ass indica... it has a super green smell to it.. i am pretty sure it is a hybrid... leaning on the indica side... but all other opinions are open to suggestion... i plan on flowering for another 5 - 6 weeks or so...

Nice little setup. My cousin had a little plant that in a container one year and it only gave a gram or two. But it was good smoke. Since the space is small I bet you could put a little CO2 gen. in there. Looks good though, it's gonna be some dank smoke.

i think i may just go the sparkling water and spray bottle route... it seems to be the cheapest... and it is does the job according to "mr. green i grow chronic guy"...

i will probably only post pics once a week or so... unless you guys want more... but it is sorta like looking at porn... you get tired of seeing so much of the same thing... so i only plan on updating piks once a week... that should be sufficient in showing progress...

suscribed..i was thinking about doing 12/12 from seed to but i decided to veg for a couple of weeks..what kind of cfls do you have 6500k or 2700k?

any questions or input is more than welcome... i wouldnt have gotten this far in my grow without reading others questions... so yeah... ask away...

Looks like you may have some kinda nute deficiency by that reddish-brown-purple color on those leaves. Not sure what to suggest beyond checking your runoff pH and maybe adding a couple drops of something like Superthrive into your watering.

dalo... i am using 2700... got em at target... they're real nice... they were 6 bucks... so yeah.. not really sure what the 26 watt was...

yeah.. i really need to check my ph... i am using str8 up tap water.. so yeah.. i am pretty sure it is way off... but once again... just sorta going with what i have... i wasnt sure if the coloring was strain related or what...

i will DEF use superthrive next grow... just seeing what i can do without spending hardly any cash... i will prolly order strains as well... in the town i live in... it is really hard to get anything useful without being "hawked by the man"...

Superthrive should be readily available at your local Wal-Mart supercenter garden department or Lowe's/Home Depot's garden department and it's only a couple bucks a bottle. Tap water is just fine to use, and should have a pH of close to 7 without you needing to do anything to it...but what you do want to do is set it out in an open container overnight to let it dechlorinate and come up to room temperature.

for sure... i shall pick some up shortly... with this shitty ass economy.. i have def. been "pinching pennies"... i usually fill up a gallon of water and let it sit over night... i dont ever use the bottom of the bucket... i figure if anything settles, than it should stay on the bottom...

* oh yeah... dont know how i could forget... went outta town a week ago... electricity went out for two days... i swear i thought it was going to hermi on me, but luckily not one sign of cock and balls... i do believe it stressed it out a lil... do you think that may have been what caused the discolorization?

here she (hopefully) is ive had it on 12/12 fer 5 days and ''jump started'' it by putin it in darkness fer a couple days to induce flowerin. but love the thread keep posted tho deffinatly watchin this one!!! ill get sum brews.

much appreciation fuzzy... just hope you get a girl... i flowered two... one grew a couple bulges one day... the next day it def had some clusters... i got all teary eyed having to pull it up... good thing i started two... i even smoked the leaf of my male ( i knew i wasnt going to get stoned, but i grew it and i wanted to smoke it)... it took mine about 2 weeks to show male and about 3 weeks for this to show female... btw, that is when i consider the start of flowering... when they start showing sex... she (wishing u the best) is definitely a healthy one... i remember those days... vegging a lil sprout and shit... they are truly amazing and captivating plants... my fiance' gets a lil pissed because the first thing i do when i get home is check on my lil gurl... i lay there and stare for anywhere to 30 minutes to a full hour sometimes... i have some more of the seeds this bud came from... i may call this strain enchantment... because it really is enchanting...

HOLY SHIT! make she aint lookin and yea i kno wat the fuk u mean my girl lives with me and thinks im obsessed! staring, wonderin, siffting throo magazines high times, sunlight supply catalogs, seting up speakers in my grow room, she hates it! but i love it i tell her to get a hobby all the tyme too, this is my first tru grow, i also got sum clones of ak-47 x with afgani.... here....

oops a liil big but yea, but i got my whole closet dedicated to this shit since i just got legal few weeks bak.


but i like the idea of flowering from seed and ended up with a nice indica so i was like kool!

i think it is hilarious how the girlfriends and fiance's think we are obsessed, but will have no problem smoking it when the time comes... my obsession is my piece of mind from this fucked up world... it is a way for me to slightly lose touch with the problems of reality and realize that life is alright sometimes... i am ranting about non sense... but if you agree, then put one in the sky for me... because it is dry in this town and the only weed i have seen in a couple of days is my lil girl... and i still have 5-6 weeks before she satisfies me... the wait is killer, but the gratification of waiting is worth it (i hope)...
