12/12 from seed question

i want to do a party cup grow i have 19 inches total height and 2 inches will go to lightswhich will leave 17 inches it will be 12/12 from seed average party cup is 5 inches whats left is 12 inches how do you keep a plant from seed on 12/12 under 12 inches what can you do without stressin the plant completely

i have read alot of those threads i need rock solid tips on keeping this thing as short as possible i have grown a bunch of times but nothing to this effect please help

LST... Low stress training. Train your plant to stay small by binding.

ya i thought about this but can you do this from 12/12

see i really want to learn more towards doing different types of trimming what cuts can you do in early 12/12 from seed to promote low plant height and still get the same yield

will lollypoping work for this how early should it be done how much should i take off

Go to the indoor growing section of the site, in there there's a 12/12fs thread. You can learn loads about that style growing from that thread. Del the guy that started it really knows his stuff about 12/12fs growing, he grows some beasts for the light schedule.

i know how to grow from 12/12 i need to know what all i can do to a plant that is in 12/12 as far as keeping it short
