Chelated Iron? Is that harmful to the cannabis plant? I've never seen 'Chelated Iron' before. I usually read what the nutrients compound-makeup is.. don't remember ever seeing this one.

Anyone have any idea?

thanks in advance

peace.

Chelated Iron refers to Iron that has already been used to make an organic substance. It's much easier for organisms to use than Iron Ferrite, for example, because the first steps in the process of making use of it have already been completed.

ahh alright.

but I mean, its safe to use though right??

the reason I'm wanting to make sure its alright to use.. is because I've never seen "Chelated Iron" before. I've seen Iron.. but not the Chelated kind.

Yes, as Raven mentioned, Chelated is the type of Iron to give plants. All Iron in organic fertilizers is Chelated but it's only commonly specified as Chelated when the Iron-containing substances are removed and sold separately.
